Meet our front desk reception and optometric assistant, Tracy! She’s been married for 34 years, a proud mom of four, and a loving grandma to three. When she’s not welcoming patients, she enjoys knitting and quilting. Her favorite part of working at iSight Optometry? Connecting with our amazing patients and coworkers!

Meet Amanda! Amanda moved from Peace River Alberta to the Beautiful Okanagan 2 years ago and found her love for Optometry here in Kelowna. She came to iSight Optometry with a year of Eyewear Dispensing and several years in Customer Service experience. Having a passion for working with/for people in the community she found a very happy place here at iSight as an Optometric Assistant!

In her spare time she will most likely be beading a new pair of earrings or throwing around toy mice with her cat.

Both classic and trendy. Minimalist, thin frame glasses are not going anywhere. Into 2025, we are likely to see increased interest in thin, metal frame eyeglasses, likely with a tortoise to gold color preference. This shape works for a variety of face shapes and skin tones. Shauna has been an invaluable part of our team as an optometric assistant for over a year. Patients are drawn to her warm, calm demeanor, making every visit a positive experience. It’s no surprise that one of her favorite quotes is by Maya Angelou: “Try to be a rainbow in someone’s cloud.”
