Feeling a sense of belonging while seeing the vast world through small eyes, and embracing healthy adventures and risks, can truly lead to a transformative season of recovery. I understand how challenging early recovery can be, particularly when it involves more than just NOT drinking and using substances. However, once you begin to connect with others and develop a sense of purpose and identity, you can genuinely sense your addiction beginning to fade away.
