1. Meet Kylie! She’s a UBC-O practicum student who’ll be hanging out (literally), learning, and helping us out until April
2. Patient assessments & care - always working hard to get you back doing what you love
3. Spotting our Catalyst swag in the wild on some of our favourite humans
4. Launching our Postpartum Strength Rebuild program - something has been dreaming up for a while and is excited to see come to life
5. Keeping our Pregnancy Strength Series rocking & rolling - these literal body builders are bad ass
6. Kicking off the Fall Strength Series! Focus this round: sumo & conventional deadlifts, narrow & regular bench press, barbell lunge to squat progressions, and super heavy farmer carries
7. TPI assessments + plenty of golf - a little “birdie” told us more golf-specific offerings are on the way this fall
8. Enjoying the trails with the crew and our Monday evening strength sessions!

It’s called “Core Principles of Training”.

Not “just strength training”.

If your goal is to improve your mobility it should follow the same principles as strength training.

The two really shouldn’t look much different.
