Thanks for all the votes for Best Of Kelowna. It truly is a gift and to be able to do what I love ❤️ I absolutely love helping, connecting, and holding space to try raise the vibrational frequency of our wonderful world. If you don’t know what I do, here’s a brief description. For in person sessions, I start with a bit of clearing with a rattle, feather or energy spray, then foot reflexology. As soon as I start the foot reflexology our spirit guides and higher selves are already starting to help, and I’ll start to channel for you. Then I’ll go through, clear and balance your chakras, and start channeling and taking notes as I do the Reiki. Then for the last 10-15 mins I’ll go over my notes with whatever magic comes through for you. I do distance Reiki as well. I also love doing guided meditation sound journeys, (sometimes even in the salt cave). I also love throwing retreats and event. I’ve got the big Dare To Dream Summer Summit 3 coming up Sept. 12th-14th! Can’t wait! I will also be offering a 6 month online spiritual growth program!! I’ve been doing sessions for about 29 years now, and this is the first time I’ve participated in Best of Kelowna. Thanks again for all the votes, love and good vibes. Tuesday, June 24th 6:00-7:00pm is the next Salt Cave Sound Journey Guided Meditation. We will go deep fast as we will actually be in a gorgeous Himalayan salt cave!! She will be guiding you through a magical journey while playing her crystal bowls, ocean drum, and tuning forks.

Angie will offer energy clearing/healing during this guided meditation. She has been practicing Reiki and alternative healing for over 25 years. Angie is happy to help people shift into higher vibes, while releasing that which no longer serves.

There are so many benefits to Halotherapy (salt therapy). Simply being in this salt cave will benefit your respiratory system, your skin, and your muscles. Halotherapy is beneficial for your lungs, anxiety, depression, and so much more. Halotherapy is anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, and anti-fungal.

We will be holding a Deeksha/Oneness Blessing evening at Kelowna Unitarians Tuesday March 18 at 7:00. We are blessed and excited to have Krista Woodley joining us for the evening. As well as being a Deeksha Giver, Krista is a soul therapist, holistic consultant and Reiki Master. She also uses and sells rare and exotic essential oils for aromatherapy. I hope you can join us for this special evening!

Deeksha is the transfer of Divine, intelligent, creative energy and facilitates spiritual and personal growth. Each deeksha is unique and will give you what you need in the moment.
