Here is all of the feedback I have received from the wonderful mamas-to-be who attended my previous Prenatal Yoga Class with Guided Deep Relaxation. I am always so grateful that I can be a small part of their beautiful, special journeys of pregnancy❤
"-I really enjoyed the classes. I found they gave me a great opportunity to unwind after a busy day and clear my mind. I enjoyed the combination of some good stretching with different breathing and mindfulness practices.
-I particularly enjoyed the different meditations that were introduced for different events, such as the full moon, the alternate breathing. I like that it was a little different each week and that we were given guidance to connect with our pregnancy, our baby and our delivery.
-I also really appreciate having a take home practice to continue (as someone who is not particularly familiar with a lot of yoga poses). The prenatal flow is a great way to continue home practice (and I really like the picture of the cat:)"

"The yoga class was such a great experience mentally and physically. Each week I would look forward to stretching my mind and my body. The guided meditations were always so positive and peaceful. My favourite types of yoga positions were the hip openers and deep squats to prepare for labour. This is definitely a class to strengthen your soul and connect with your baby. "The class really calmed my mind and helped me feel physically and mentally better overall. The end of class relaxation was really amazing and helped calm my very loud and busy mind, which allowed me to get a better night’s rest. I found that the relaxed feeling really carried through the rest of the week and was something I could go back to when any stressful feelings would pop-up.
I just feel so much more at ease and am taking everything in stride because of your class. I looked forward to every class and to your positive and fun energy. I REALLY enjoyed your classes and especially liked that every class was different, but completely pregnancy focused. I loved the poses that help prepare for labour, especially squats, lunges, etc for leg strength and stamina. I wouldn't change anything about the yoga. "It was my pleasure having you as a yoga instructor:) I loved the practice of yoga nidra, it really allowed me to relax enough almost to the point of sleep (I often felt as though I had fallen asleep) but still felt like I was conscious. This whole series really helped me with staying fit and loose as well as with any emotional stuff I was carrying. I felt like the sequences flowed well and were challenging enough for me to get a good stretch/workout without overdoing it. I always left feeling great, relaxed and hungry! "I was looking for pre-natal focused classes with ideas that I could incorporate into my home practice. My expectation were met. I liked the balance between active postures that challenged me and more inward focused time reflecting/speaking about our babies.
