Hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful fallđź’—

Here is all of the feedback I have received from the wonderful mamas-to-be who attended my previous Prenatal Yoga Class with Guided Deep Relaxation. I am always so grateful that I can be a small part of their beautiful, special journeys of pregnancy❤
"-I really enjoyed the classes. I found they gave me a great opportunity to unwind after a busy day and clear my mind. I enjoyed the combination of some good stretching with different breathing and mindfulness practices.
-I particularly enjoyed the different meditations that were introduced for different events, such as the full moon, the alternate breathing. I like that it was a little different each week and that we were given guidance to connect with our pregnancy, our baby and our delivery.
-I also really appreciate having a take home practice to continue (as someone who is not particularly familiar with a lot of yoga poses). The prenatal flow is a great way to continue home practice (and I really like the picture of the cat:)"
Lani Stokes
"The yoga class was such a great experience mentally and physically. Each week I would look forward to stretching my mind and my body. The guided meditations were always so positive and peaceful. My favourite types of yoga positions were the hip openers and deep squats to prepare for labour. This is definitely a class to strengthen your soul and connect with your baby. Much needed for a mother of a busy toddler." Kerry-Lee Brwon
"The class really calmed my mind and helped me feel physically and mentally better overall. The end of class relaxation was really amazing and helped calm my very loud and busy mind, which allowed me to get a better night’s rest. I found that the relaxed feeling really carried through the rest of the week and was something I could go back to when any stressful feelings would pop-up.
I just feel so much more at ease and am taking everything in stride because of your class. I looked forward to every class and to your positive and fun energy. And it was great to sit around with other moms-to-be. Taking the time to get in touch with the experience of being pregnant every week has made it all so much more enjoyable for me" Nicole Perrin
"I really liked the yoga class, I always looked forward to coming. It was a good way to help me relax at the end of the day, and I always felt great after the class. I can't really think of anything I would change. I really enjoyed it. You are a great instructor!" Katie Illichmann
"I really enjoyed the class - I personally find it difficult to stay motivated and continue coming to classes, but I didn't seem to have that problem with yours. I looked forward to coming every week, it was a great stretch and I really enjoyed the meditation." Carolyn Carson
"Thank YOU so much for being part of my pregnancy this time, I am so grateful for your knowledge and wonderful yoga classes. I will definitely recommend them to any other pregnant ladies I know! I REALLY enjoyed your classes and especially liked that every class was different, but completely pregnancy focused. I loved the poses that help prepare for labour, especially squats, lunges, etc for leg strength and stamina. I wouldn't change anything about the yoga. The positions and breathing we practiced in your classes definitely helped with the wonderful natural birth in our home" Laura Haslam
"I love your delivery Yuki. Your voice, the poses, everything really worked for me--it's what I was hoping to get out of yoga and more." Alya Ramadan
"It was my pleasure having you as a yoga instructor:) I loved the practice of yoga nidra, it really allowed me to relax enough almost to the point of sleep (I often felt as though I had fallen asleep) but still felt like I was conscious. This whole series really helped me with staying fit and loose as well as with any emotional stuff I was carrying. I felt like the sequences flowed well and were challenging enough for me to get a good stretch/workout without overdoing it. I always left feeling great, relaxed and hungry! Yuki is very knowledgeable and attentive to her students individual needs. Thank you so much for being part of my journey Yuki! You are an inspirational woman to many!" Brie Chritensen
"I really enjoyed your classes! I loved how I felt after. My muscles and pains felt so much better after every session and I felt more relaxed. I really liked the space as it's very personal. Thank you for everything! I love your energy and your voice during class and relaxation. You make me feel really comfortable." Sylvie Forget
"The class was truly amazing and I hope to be able to sign up again very soon. It really helped and allowed me to spend time for me and my child. Your voice and techniques are very calming and always left with a sense of ease. I feel like you’re doing your class absolutely right! smile emoticon Thank you so much for all you have done, and I look forward to more soon!" Julie Michaud
"Love Yuki's classes! Her format is wonderful. I really appreciate how she checks in with us and accommodates our requests. The time to slow down and connect with baby is so special." Michelle Stevenson
"I was looking for pre-natal focused classes with ideas that I could incorporate into my home practice. My expectation were met. I liked the balance between active postures that challenged me and more inward focused time reflecting/speaking about our babies. I liked the variety Yuki presented in the different classes and I really liked the yoga nidra at the end of each class! I enjoyed the classes very much! I would recommend to friends." Jodei
"I definitely enjoyed the class and what I liked the most was learning about my breathing process and how it affects my whole body and feelings. And also how I am able to control this great process when I need to. A BIG thank you for all your efforts, time, and kindness Yuki. Sending my love to you." Nassiba Ahadi
"I really enjoyed the class! I love being at the Malachite house. Being there relaxes me." KC Lamarre
"Experience was really good. Especially being that I'm a yoga beginner. Thanks again Yuki. You made my prenatal yoga experience wonderful...I do miss it." Nicole Lamvohee
"I really liked the variety of the classes and how you focused on a different "problem area" each week." Katrina Monteith
"Very welcoming and friendly. I looked forward to coming. The yoga was not too intense or overwhelming." Jessica Hobden

Taking the prenatal yoga teaching training years ago completely shifted my perspective of pregnancy and giving birth 100% positively and that truly enabled me to have amazing experiences of being pregnant myself and giving birth to my son. My whole intention on holding the space for your prenatal yoga class is to share this gift that prenatal yoga blessed me with❤ I look forward to meeting with new mamas-to-be (and seeing those lovely mamas-to-be who are continuing their practice with me!) at the new mini series of prenatal yoga starting Wednesday 18th November!
