Back in the 70's my grandfather, Vern Drader, started a cattle sales business, El Centro Sales. In the heart of the prairies the company quickly grew and was known for importing cattle from Europe and the United States. In the mid 90's my father, Garth Drader, partnered with his father to build the successful El Centro Llama Sales in the Fraser Valley. The family business has always had a reputation for raising good, solid livestock and delivering impeccable service. Our motto "Quality with Integrity" has served us well. Now, almost 40 years later, I continue to deliver the same standard of service in the equine industry of the Okanagan. I specialize in coaching beginner to intermediate riders of all ages in Western and English disciplines. As a therapeutic instructor I also understand challenges riders face such as fear and anxiety. Starting green horses, driving, judging 4H, and general coaching has given me the privilege of meeting many great people throughout the Central Okanagan

Quite a weekend with some special guests... My dad, my grandpa and his new bride. At 96 Grandpa beats my previous record for oldest rider of 92. Thankful for my CanTRA certification and experience to know how to accomplish these rides safely, for good horse sense and for good therapeutic horses.
