75 Hard complete!
Over the last 75 days I learned quite a bit about myself as well as how to be mentally tough, being resilient, disciplined and about determination.
During this time I would be challenged by the weather, having to deal with temperatures hovering around -25 for 10 days and having to go out late at night and get my outdoor workout in so as to not fail.
Going on a ski/seminar weekend in Nelson and being surrounded by others drinking and eating garbage all while I was still on program.
Starting out I weighed in at 228lbs and my lowest weight was about 210lbs, waking up on day 75 my weight came in at about 211.5lbs.
I’m conclusion if you’re looking to change your life for the better and add some of those traits then I highly recommend checking out Andy Frisella’s “Book on Mental Toughness” and giving the program a go, it certainly helped me and more than 1 aspect of life!
