Hiya beloved Okanagan crew!
I hope this message finds you well. First, transparency- this is a mass message 💗 Second, I want to thank you for your patience and understanding over the past few weeks. As some of you know, my car was rear ended at a pedestrian crosswalk and although thankfully it was a minor incident, overall... it did result in several injuries for myself (whiplash & a concussion)- I’ve been focusing on my recovery since then. This has been a humbling journey, and that's why I suddenly dropped off, as I needed to take an unanticipated pause to allow my brain and body the time they needed to heal.

I realize I didn’t communicate this as clearly as I would have liked at the time, and for that, I sincerely apologize. Your message and booking request means so much to me, and I’m truly grateful for your trust and support.

I’m now feeling ready to reconnect and am excited to let you know that I’ll still be traveling to Envision Healing Kelowna this April and have my sailing booked for the 8th! If you’re interested in booking a session, please reply to this msg to confirm or text me directly with your request, and I’ll do my best to accommodate. I'll be prioritizing those that previously reached out.

Thank you again for your kindness and understanding during this challenging time. I’m looking forward to seeing you and supporting you in your healing journey in the Spring!
