Hypnosis can be beneficial in so many ways- for overcoming fears, managing anxiety, mental training or pain relief.

I will be holding a free talk, full of demonstrations at the Recovery Spa in April. Come check out the wonderful spa and explore some useful hypnotic techniques you can use as you walk out the door! The talk is free! Just sign up through the Recovery Spa and I will see you there!

Join me at the Canadian Burn Survivor Community Conference in May! I will be giving a presentation on the benefits of hypnotherapy and will be offering some a couple of group sessions as well.
