With the COVID-19 virus in the news, we want to ease your concerns and share the Therapeutics protocols.
Many of our patients present with pregnancy, postpartum, autoimmune illness and immune suppression. In order to keep ourselves and our patients safe we are continuing to follow all Health standards. In our clinic, all linens are changed between every patient, hands hygiene will continue with industry standard (before and after each treatment and after handling used linens), door k***s, POS terminals and reception areas are sanitized regularly as well as all common surfaces.
We would like your help in continuing to minimize infection by encouraging you to use the complementary hand sanitizer upon entry to the clinic, tap and card payments instead of cash handling. If you are feeling unwell, we will be waiving the 24-hour cancellation fee during this time. Stay home, rest and take time to recover.
We will keep you posted as we follow direction from our government resources.
Otherwise we will continue to be open for business and appreciate your continued trust and support.
