Well this is a happy Friday!
I'm excited to share the news that I have successfully completed my 200hr yoga teacher training! The goal is to be able to incorporate yoga into 1:1 physiotherapy appointments, adding an extra tool to help people with their goals

I've been enjoying going out xc skiing for some great cardio and strength the last two weeks.

Now I'm gearing up to hit the slopes this weekend! 🏂

Remember though, it's still early season! Don't push through any niggling pains - seeing your physio now can help you have a better longer season!
