Join us for the first in a monthly series of transformative sound journeys designed to realign your energy and restore your inner harmony.

This month, we begin at the base—the Root Chakra, your center of safety, stability, and connection to the Earth. Through deep tones, grounding rhythms, and immersive soundscapes, you’ll be guided to release fear, plant intention, and feel fully supported.

What to expect:

• Opening Chakra Talk – A short, insightful introduction to the Root Chakra: its emotional and energetic role, signs of imbalance, and ways to restore harmony

• Guided Meditation & Breathwork – Grounding practices to settle the nervous system and prepare the body for sound healing

• Intentional Sound Bath – A rich tapestry of tones using crystal bowls, drums, chimes, and other instruments —each played with the intention of supporting Root Chakra alignment

• Group Resonance – Shared energy amplifies healing; feel supported by the collective field

• Integration & Reflection – Gentle closing and sharing with optional journaling, or quiet space to absorb the journey

Each month we’ll explore a new chakra—building awareness, balance, and inner alignment.”

We are going to start hosting our monthly Harmonic Resonance Sound Series.

We are asking if anyone knows of a quaint, intimate, won't break the bank, location that we can host the sound journeys at? We had to close the hub last spring and now we are kick starting up again.

Keep your eyes open for the upcoming news and events.

But first, anyone know of a location or someone we can contact? House with large rec room? Someone's spot along the water? Back of a fun store? We like creativity. :)

Dear friends,

With a tender heart, I need to let you know that “Vibrations of the Heart” on July 26th has been cancelled.

Life has a way of shifting our focus when it matters most—my son’s baby is coming, and I’ll be fully present with my family during this special time.

Despite putting the word out across social media and local platforms, it seems this event wasn't meant to be just yet. I trust that the right moment will come for this offering to bloom in a new way.
