Our family-oriented Kelowna, BC practice has built a reputation over the past 30 years for its high-quality work, professionalism, friendliness, and highly experienced doctors and team. Our two doctor office provides patients with choice in healthcare providers. Dr. Angie Smith and Dr. Bill Mulgrew work together behind the scenes, learn from one another, and inspire each other to ensure each patient receives the highest quality of care.
