We are pleased to offer our Prenatal Student Massage in reach again at Sena College 🤍

Every Wednesday starting April 29th, these supervised treatments are provided by our student massage therapists in a supportive learning environment, with Registered Massage Therapist supervision on site 🌿 It is a wonderful opportunity to receive thoughtful prenatal care while also supporting student learning.

Appointments are available at 12:00 pm, 1:30 pm, 3:30 pm, and 5:00 pm ⏰

Our students had an absolute blast at Orangetheory Fitness last week! 🔥

They were put through their paces while learning about the significance of different heart rate zones during training and how they influence performance, endurance, and recovery. It was a great opportunity to experience the science of exercise in action and connect classroom learning with real world training.

A huge thank you to the team at Orangetheory Fitness, and our very own instructor, Coach Michael, for hosting our groups and giving our students such an engaging, energetic, and exhausting, experience.

Our Term 5 students headed to Nifty Pilates Studio for an incredible class with instructor Riely. With students currently learning therapeutic exercise specific to the spine, there is no better place to bring the theory to life than a Pilates studio. Movement, control, cueing, and clinical relevance all in one 🔥

We are excited to share that our student clinic is expanding hours and will now be open Tuesdays and Thursdays, with afternoon and evening appointments available, starting January 6.

• $45 for a 75 minute massage therapy treatment
• Treatments provided by senior student massage therapists
• Fully supervised by experienced Registered Massage Therapists
