As a client, it’s your responsibility to be COACHABLE 🗣️
Being coachable is all about being open to learning, embracing change, and trusting the process. It’s about showing up ready to grow, adapt, and push past your comfort zones. Here’s why being coachable is essential for reaching your fitness goals:
Coachable Habits:
✅ Embrace Growth: Be ready to learn and absorb new skills to crush your goals!
✅ Trust the Process: Rome wasn’t built in a day, and neither is a rock-solid body. Trust your coach to guide you.
✅ Adapt and Overcome: Life throws curveballs; be flexible and ready to adapt.
✅ Accountability and Support: Be honest about struggles and wins. This builds a strong coach-client relationship.
✅ Build Confidence: Take feedback and put in the work to see progress in strength and confidence.
Non-Coachable Habits:
❌ Being Closed-Minded: Don’t shut out new ideas; growth comes from being open.
❌ Ignoring Feedback: Constructive criticism is your friend! Listen and improve.
❌ Making Excuses: Excuses keep you stuck. Take responsibility and find solutions.
❌ Lack of Consistency: Showing up only sometimes leads to results only sometimes. Commit fully.
❌ Neglecting Communication: Talk to your coach about needs or concerns to progress.
Being coachable is essential. Remember, you’ve hired a coach for a reason. It’s the foundation for achieving and sustaining your goals. 💯
