What if you didn’t have to do all the things you dreaded about healthy eating and losing weight, but you could still see results 🤯
When I put my foot down and got really serious about making a change myself, I knew there were a handful of things I wasn’t willing to do to make it happen...
1️⃣ Give up drinking 🍷
2️⃣ Do hours of cardio every week 🏃♀️
3️⃣ Track macros 🍽️
What I needed was to understand HOW my body worked on a deeper level so that I didn’t have to try so damn hard to make it all work.
✖️ I didn’t want to be the girl who “couldn’t have something”
✖️ I didn’t want to feel deprived all the time
✖️ I didn’t want to do workouts I hated
✖️ And, I definitely didn’t want to track my macros
So instead I just got really intentional about understanding my metabolism and female-specific hormones, so I didn’t have to keep white-knuckling my way to my goal.
And the results I experienced were mind-blowing 😳
👉️ 30 pounds gone (and kept off)
👉️ 3 days a week at the gym (instead of 6)
👉️ Metabolic flexibility (so I can make room for all foods)
👉️ A lifestyle shift that feels easy to maintain
All without doing the things I hated most.
