I could literally cry when I see my clients succeed. 🥹

(And actually, sometimes I do 😆)

Because I know how it feels to want to change. To desperately want the weight gone. To feel better in your own skin. To feel better overall.

And watching my clients have success with the same system that FINALLY worked for me after years and years of struggle… will never get old.

I can’t wait to see who it helps next 💕

This super simple protein hack can help you hit your protein goals without consuming more calories than you need to. Even if you’re not counting calories (which 95% of my clients aren’t), calories still count if you have a weight-loss goal.

But rather than count calories, I’d rather you have practical strategies to put yourself into a slight calorie deficit without all the tracking, weighing or measuring.

I’m not saying that you shouldn’t eat foods that don’t fall within this hack, but I just wouldn’t rely on it as a main source of protein.

Hope this helps! Let me know what questions you have in the comments.

I lost my first 25lbs without tracking a single calorie. Most of my clients don’t want to track calories either, yet they still have a ton of success.

So how do we make it happen?

We get really serious about a few things.

But just so we’re all on the same page, I’m also not against tracking calories, and I think it can be a helpful tool to use, once you’re ready for it.

Until you’re ready, though... here are 10 things I’d focus on.

This is a vulnerable post for me, but I truly think it’s so important to talk about.

If there’s one thing I deeply believe in, it’s that feeling good in your body and intentionally choosing to invest the time, energy and resources it takes to actually get there has the power to improve every single area of your life.

Four years ago, my life looked a whole lot different. I was overweight, lacked confidence in my career and was the unhealthiest version of myself. Today, I am confident not only in myself, but also in my business and what it does for women.

And the better it gets, the better it gets.

I am so grateful for the journey 💜

And I promise you, if you have the courage to get started, it will be 1000% worth your effort.

When you’re doing everything right and not seeing results...

The answer isn’t “try harder.” The answer is “look deeper.”

A sluggish metabolism will make weight loss 10x harder than it needs to be.

If this is your experience, DM me “I’M READY” to have a no-pressure conversation about my 12-week weight loss program.

Everyone is talking about GLP-1’s and weight loss right now… but what most people don’t realize is that your body already naturally produces GLP-1. 👀

The reason I was finally able to lose 35lbs (and keep them off for over 4 years) is because I figured out how to naturally support the same metabolic pathways Ozempic enhances.

But the best part is that I don’t have to worry about coming off and gaining all the weight back, because I’ve healed my metabolism and completely reset my hormones.

Here are a few things I did (and still do!) to naturally support GLP-1 production:

→ Prioritize the right nutrients
Protein is one of the biggest stimulators of fullness hormones. Think chicken, fish, beef, eggs, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese etc. Try to get minimum 30g per meal.

→ Eat plenty of fibre
Foods like oats, chia seeds, berries, vegetables, flax seeds, peas, apples, oranges, sweet potatoes, avocados etc. Fibre keeps you feeling full and supports healthy 💩

→ Prioritize steps like it’s the most important thing on my to-do list.
Walking (especially after meals) and regular movement support blood sugar balance and appetite regulation. It’s not just about burning calories, ladies. It literally helps balance hormones!

→ Prioritize sleep
Poor sleep can increase hunger hormones, cravings, and appetite the next day. I need all the help I can get with hunger, cravings and appetite, so getting to bed at the same time every night is a MASSIVE non-negotiable for me. It’s too important to be willy-nilly with.

When you stop focusing on being “good” or “bad” and start to think about how your habits are affecting your hormones, satiety, cravings and appetite...

It’s a game-changer.

And this is exactly what I help women do every single day 🤝

My clients typically lose 12-15lbs in the first 12 weeks using my system.

Ashley has now lost 25.8lbs so far. Wendy lost 50lbs in one year, even after menopause. Sarah lost 20lbs and has kept it off for over a year now. Roxanna has already lost 4.8lbs in the first 3 weeks.

They didn’t get lucky. They got strategic.

And this is the same strategy I’m still using on myself to maintain my 35lb weight loss.

Part of the reason I’ve been able to maintain my weight loss over the last 4 years is that I have both structure and flexibility in my plan.

I know that I can always, always, always eat the things I want when it’s important to me.

But I also have enough structure in place to keep me from going overboard and falling back into old patterns.

Some other things I’ve had to remind myself consistently are...

👉 You don’t have to be perfect, but you have to be relentlessly consistent.

👉 Some days will feel hard, and that’s normal. Just keep going.

👉 The process is painfully slow at times, but quitting doesn’t speed it up.

The ups and downs are part of the process, and I still have them even after all this time.

But I promise, everything you want is on the other side of doing the hard things, and it feels SO DAMN GOOD to feel this good.

Your first step in being successful at weight loss is leaving all your self-limiting thoughts at the door. If you’re constantly telling yourself...

😢 Nothing ever works for me. I’ve struggled with this for years
😢 Weight loss is always so much harder for me than for everyone else
😢 I’m never motivated long enough to make it work
😢 Life always gets in the way of my success
😢 Everyone else can do whatever they want, and I can’t

Then...

This is exactly what you’re going to keep proving to yourself, over and over and over again.

The clients you see around here who lose 10, 15, 20, even 50lbs have these thoughts instead...

✅ Other people my age have had success with this, and I’m going to figure it out, too
✅ Her success is showing me what’s possible, and I’m so inspired to do it myself
✅ I don’t need to be motivated all the time, I just need to keep showing up
✅ Even when life gets busy, I know I have a solid foundation to keep me going
✅ I’m surrounded by examples of other women who prioritize their health and feeling good in their bodies, and I’m happy to say I’m one of them.

Change your thoughts, change your behaviours, change your outcomes.

We can ALL do this 💕

It’s not that you’re not working hard enough to lose the weight. You’re just burnt out from doing too many things that don’t move the needle.

My clients get results because we don’t guess. I know what works, what moves the needle and what’s keep you on track long term.

DM me I’M READY if you’re serious about making a change.
