Have you ever felt like NOBODY would understand where your coming from? Have you felt like you really want to begin your healing journey but aren't sure where to start? I've lived that my entire life and I've started and stopped more times than I can count, I understand. Intention wellness is all encompassing where you can JUST BE YOU. You do not need to perform, be politically correct or be perfect, just authentic. I've created this as a safe place in a very chaotic world where little makes sense. During this time, we’ve all faced our fair share of reflections, reconsiderations, and perhaps a few challenges in communication and technology. But just like the stars that realign, so do our paths. 🌌
