Good Monday Morning Beautiful Souls!

Let’s talk about being grounded. When we energetically leave our physical body we can feel incredibly unbalanced. Easy daily tasks and decision making can seem hard, almost like you can quite put your finger on a solution. You can experience brain fog, dizziness and become easily exhausted. Physically you can feel anxious, experiencing upper body jitters, heart palpitations, and overwhelm.

Some incredible ways to bring your energy back to your body are:
DEEP BREATHing (focus on your feet and moving your breath from head to toe).
Get OUTSIDE- go to the forest, visit with some trees!
Spend time with ANIMALS- petting and playing with them.
MEDITATE- do a root chakra meditation
AND of course TRY REIKI - a beautiful way to support your mind body and spirit.
