We agree with Tanner there is no better feeling than compression after any sport where there is a lot of cardio involved. That full leg squeeze leaves you feeling like you could do it all again.

Canada Day/Weekend Hours! 🇨🇦

This July is going to be incredibly exciting for us, with a very special project announcement just around the corner. To make sure our team is absolutely at their best to serve you, we’re taking a much-deserved breather! It’s been a whirlwind month, from the spa (of course!) and pain expos to wine country half-marathons and even football camps. Phew! We’ve definitely earned a little R&R. 😉

For the first time in six years, we’re closing our doors for the long weekend to allow our amazing team to fully recharge, enjoy quality time with family, and soak up some beautiful nature. After all, what kind of recovery spa would we be if we didn’t practice what we preach and prioritize our team’s well-being? We truly believe in holistic recovery – for our cherished clients AND our dedicated staff!

We’ll be closed from Saturday, June 29th to Monday, July 1st, reopening with renewed energy and big smiles on Tuesday, July 2nd.

It’s amazing how 48 hours can feel like a lifetime. Our time with Sachin and the team was proof that connection isn’t measured in time, but in depth.

From sharing miles on the road to hosting them for a much-needed recovery day, the bond was instant. It was a powerful reminder of what happens when we move past “I’m fine” and create space for real, honest conversations.

This team’s journey is about so much more than just running across Canada—it’s about breaking the silence around mental health and proving that vulnerability is a strength.

We are incredibly humbled and honoured to be a small piece of their monumental quest to raise $1M for men’s, youth, and veterans’ mental health. They are creating change one conversation and one kilometre at a time.
