I have not always been active and certainly did not always love working out. What I found was working out was the most gratifying when I reached a new goal! My goals is to now empower others and help them feel strong, healthy and pwerful in their lives. I strongly believe that when we love ourselves and respect our health we can be love to others and spread love into our work. This is why i have dedicated over 10 years of my life to educating myself in the human anantomy and physiology and science of nutrition and fitness. WE ARE IN CONTROL OF OUR OWN DESTINY." Fitness to me is a lifestyle. As a personal Trainer it is my goal is to provide a unique and fun experience that will help guide my cleints on their own personal journey and self discovery.
