Shannon Bliss is the passionate founder behind Health is Bliss; she is also an entrepreneur, author, Certified Nutritional Practitioner, Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner, Holistic Nutritionist, Live Cell Microscopist (Live Blood Analysis) and Biotherapeutic Drainage Practitioner. It was a life changing illness in the family that resulted in the creation of Health is Bliss. A company that empowers, educates and supports people seeking help. As a Holistic Nutritionist Shannon believes that in order to have a healthy body, mind and spirit, you must find the root cause of health imbalances in order to give the body and immune system the raw materials it needs to heal and become stronger.

Sweating more? You’re losing key minerals. Add electrolytes to your routine to support energy, focus, and muscle recovery.�

Try making a small jug that is available for a quick hydration boost:
Electrolyte Recipe (1 L)
1 L cold water
¼ cup maple syrup (or sugar)
2–3 Tbsp lemon or lime juice
¼ tsp table salt (go up to ½ tsp if you’re a heavy/salty sweater)
Optional: ⅛ tsp “Lite Salt” (adds potassium)

Shake until dissolved. For a 500 mL bottle: use half of everything.
