COACH Cardiac Rehab Kelowna Helps patients recover quickly and make lifestyle changes that will have an ongoing, positive impact on their health.

COACH is a non-profit society dedicated to reducing cardiovascular risk factors and enhancing the health of individuals in the Central Okanagan. Our multidisciplinary team provides risk factor modification through education and exercise to help reduce and/or prevent your risk of developing heart disease. The COACH program will help improve your level of fitness, functional capacity and quality of

life. Exercising in our clinically supervised environment ensures the utmost patient safety through close monitoring of heart rate, blood pressure, and telemetry. We offer a variety of programs and tailor each exercise session to meet the needs and goals of the individual. The Cardiac Education Program focuses on cardiac risk factors, healthy eating, exercise guidelines, goal setting, stress and relaxation and understanding your medications. It is strongly encouraged that you have a partner attend the education classes with you at no extra charge. Family physician or cardiologist referral * self-referrals are accepted but will require physician consent prior to participation.
