What People Are Saying...

I loved our time together! Many wonderful reflections, more of a hologram now and way less one dimensional. You are a wise wise soul - thank you for sharing your knowledge and gifts with me. Re contact skills, you were superb. You listened/shared just the right amount. I also felt you listening with your whole presence, not just your intellect.. A natural gift that shines from you. – E.L. I spend a lot of time in compassion with myself as I continue to learn new ways of 'letting go' and gathering that which truly serves me. It is important to me that you know that your gifts continue to grow in me. I am much more the person I envisoned myself to be because of your guidance, love, care and uniquely healing therapy. You are a marvel. I am so blessed to have you in my life. Thank you, thank you, thank you! – J. M. I didn't get a chance to thank you at the class this evening. It was the best one yet. I debated whether to come this evening because I had a headache and I was working on a project, but I'm so happy that I decided to come. I feel rejuvenated, relaxed and my headache is gone. My mind has clarity. I feel peace. The breathing exercises really helped me. Thank you, thank you. Peace be with you. – F. First, let me say how much I love your energy and spirit. I'm so glad to have signed up, this is exactly what I need! - J.L. I just wanted to say thank you for such a wonderful prenatal yoga experience. It’s been lovely getting to know you and the other mammas-to-be! – B. L. Virginia's prenatal classes are GREAT! I can say, just having had a baby that they really helped me prepare for a smooth birth on so many levels...Power to the pelvic floor! - E.L. I would also like to say that I thoroughly enjoyed our class yesterday and am looking forward to more. – J.S. Just wanted to let you know that I am interested in taking another full round of prenatal yoga classes. The last series was such an enjoyable experience! Thanks for doing such a wonderful job. – B.L. Virginia - I think it goes without saying but I don't want to let last night's class pass without due appreciation - it was SO good!!! Thank you for your patience, and coaching - teaching. It was a blessing - it gave me some wonderful quietness - and also some time of revelation within - we've only just begun:) – D. I relax into your nurturance. I feel wrapped and witessed by your love. I bow, in honour and love to you, Nameh. – J. I loved the workshop. Virgina presented the material with clarity, humour and integrity. I find myself using the Sedona Method in my day to day life by asking the question "what is my NOW feeling" and then welcoming it and I feel things shifting before I even go any further. It has deepened my awareness of my inner feelings - and as a man - I can only say Thank You for that. – Alexander

I am writing to say "wow" to your yoga class last night. Last night was my first time ever doing yoga, and it felt like I had found something I had no idea I was searching for! This is definitely something I would like to explore more. – R.B. I had a beautiful experience yesterday. Thank you so much. Still basking in the serenity and gratitude of it all. – C. I love the sessions I have with you and I am seeing results, I am becoming calmer within myself and can’t wait to get to the next level!! – D. I really enjoy the classes and have learned so much from them. Meditation has changed my life. I really enjoy how and what you are teaching, thank-you so much. I appreciate your kindness and plan on at some point returning to another class that you put on in the future. I am inspired by your story of your travels, many meditation experiences and knowledge. - J. By the way, Virginia, thanks so much for the awesome yoga class last night - I really, really enjoyed it. It was exactly what I needed – the best yoga class I’ve been in to in years. Blissful! I am able to move into a meditative state, and completely relax. – G. H. I love your excellent class with such acceptance of my limitations with respect to flexibility and movement. You are terrific! – D. J. Just wanted to express that I really enjoyed your meditation class on Tuesday evening! Thank-you for inviting me. You are a natural teacher. I thought you did a really good job of introducing beginners to the practice. I look forward to next week. ~ L. C. I just wanted to send you a quick note to say how much I enjoyed your yoga class last Wednesday. I believe that yoga is the next step in this journey that I’m on. – H. Thank you for hosting the Ta**ra workshop, we had a great time and were entralled with all that we were exposed to. He definately is a dynamic and scholarly teacher. - D. F. The Ta**ra talk was exquisite. - L. The Spiritual Couple Relationship in Ta**ra was an amazing talk! Blissed out? Yes! - J. I wanted to let you know I really enjoyed the classes I went to. I will definitely take another meditation class. – K. Thanks so much for forwarding the quote and all your help in the class. You are a wonderful teacher. – S. Just wanted to thank you for your wonderful yoga classes. I always sleep so much better the night after I do my yoga class with you. Thank-you for sharing your gift & for your dedication. – S. I got so much out of your Sedona class (and the meditation class too)!! - P. I liked all of the practice that we did - and the chatting before each class was so helpful - just to hear other peoples stories/other things you have learned and dabbled in, etc. That was extremely interesting and informational. I wish it wasn't over and I will likely take it again in the fall when things slow down again. I really enjoy your sense of humor and your fun personality - you just have a way of making people comfortable and laugh - thank you! - S.

'The weekend experience with Virginia Preston is a catalyst for you into personal growth & healing, a window for transforming all of your relationships into what you had only dreamt possible, & an opportunity to be a part of a wave of transforming love on the planet.'

'I loved this workshop! You embody that which you teach so enormously and beautifully! I learned tons & will enrich my life experiences with this divine work. The polarity practises blew me away & I seem to understand my environment & interactions more. Thank you! I am super happy!'

'My life has been changed! Now that I've experienced this kind of sexuality and connection, I would never go back! I am more loving towards my partner and other people. Ta**ra seems to replace lust with love. Ta***ic practises have allowed me to fully surrender myself at times and go into never before possible experiences. Ta***ic practise has brought about physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual changes that have been sustained on many levels.'

'I could not possibly write in a small enough font on a piece of paper ten times the size of this, & have enough space to convey in words how grateful I am for you & this experience. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!'

'The Ta**ra workshop you shared with us this weekend was elevated, exquisite, inspiring, warm, welcoming, beautifully balanced between theoretical and experiential content (yum, yum, yum) and downright fantastic! My partner and I both experienced profound heart-openings, and had deep experiences in the meditations. What a blessing for our relationship!'

'Ta**ra has been my introduction to the world of kundalini energy and its associated benefits of greater love, stamina, energy, sleep, relaxation, stress reduction, and meditation. My tension has been greatly reduced, my mind more relaxed, free, and creative.'

'Over the years I have read books and practiced from time to time but nothing can compare to actually being with a group of people
happily focused on achieving a higher state of ecstasy, energy, and love. I learned things that put the "ahaa" into gaps in my understanding. More than anything, though, I felt supported and strengthened in my resolve to explore the experience of ta**ra, and since the workshop have actually begun the journey! Thank you so much, Virginia, for the workshop and for the continued info\support since then!'

'Ta**ra has redefined what it means to make love and experience love. The experience of lo******ng has progressed from one localized, discharging or**sm (wasting my energy through ejaculation)...TO...endless whole body or**sms, vibrations and out of body type feeling experiences, the duration and intensity of which depend on my commitment of time, energy and ability to surrender.'

'Loved the entire experience. Very motivating to further my path of ta***ic inquiry!'

'I realized the transformative and healing properties of sexual energy and the divine male and female polarities. I've experienced a dissolution of mind, and a blending of male and female energies into one being. A sort of total expansive spaciousness where my energy blended with my partners, and we became one.'

'Wonderful spiritual deepening in a secure group of wonderful people! Great teaching!'

'Exposure to ta**ra has allowed me to recognize the mass gender and sexual suppression that exists around us and its associated traps of misery and suffering.'

Real life is not here to satisfy your projections. It will not support ''you''. Then you will not like life, because it will not be fulfilling your fantasies. But you don't need to fantasize...you need to wake up. And, discover the fullness and spontaneous joy of your Being. - Mooji

"The top ten misconceptions of the shoreless ocean (consciousness) and its waves (separate self):

#1 - A wave has a solid and permanent separation from the ocean
#2 - A wave must eradicate all faults and delusions through disciplined practice so that one day it can become water
#3 - The wave as a subject can control the ocean as an object
#4 - The ocean prefers one wave over another. Only a special wave get to live in the ocean
#5 - A storm at sea means the wave has misbehaved or is unworthy
#6 - A wave can become enlightened rather than the ocean remembering what it truly is
#7 - Once it's true nature is remembered, the wave will never be moved & must hold on to the oceans depths
#8 - A master wave can give or bestow upon another wave its wetness
#9 - In order to become the ocean, there is a shore where the wave needs to arrive in the shoreless ocean
#10 - Waves disappearing into the shoreless ocean means the end of the ocean."

You will lose everything. Your money, your power, your fame, your success, perhaps even your memories. Your looks will go. Loved ones will die. Your body will fall apart. Everything that seems permanent is impermanent and will be smashed. Experience will gradually, or not so gradually, strip away everything that it can strip away.

Waking up means facing this reality with open eyes and no longer turning away. But right now, we stand on sacred and holy ground, for that which will be lost has not yet been lost, and realising this is the key to unspeakable joy. Whoever or whatever is in your life right now has not yet been taken away from you.

This may sound trivial, obvious, like nothing, but really it is the key to everything, the why and how and wherefore of existence. Impermanence has already rendered everything and everyone around you so deeply holy and significant and worthy of your heartbreaking gratitude.

Loss has already transfigured your life into an altar. – Jeff Foster

“The reason that you struggle is in order to maintain a sense of a separate self, a self which is ultimately nothing more than a defense mechanism against the revelation that no separate self actually exists. As soon as you stop struggling, you lose the boundaries that give you the sense of a separate self. With nothing to oppose, the false sense of self evaporates into nothingness, into the Unknown, and you suddenly feel very lost with no familiar ground to stand on. Your identity is cut loose from all that is familiar and know, and you find yourself floating in a vast expanse with nothing to grab hold of. This groundless expanse is the foretaste of liberation, but few choose to remain in this unknown territory. Instead, most people begin to struggle in opposition to the unknown and unfamiliar vastness until they, once again, begin to feel secure in a familiar sense of self and separation.”

“To understand ourselves is to understand the universe. That which is not here is nowhere. This is why we strive to become explorers of consciousness. This is an extremely challenging task because there are dark corners within us that are full of pain as well as terrifying and mortifying feelings. This is all a part of the life of a self-explorer. Our work is to develop the witness and to learn how to observe what is transitory without becoming identified with it. We just observe and let it all pass. Slowly, we get to know who we truly are, for we are what remains.”

- Sri Prem Baba

Good one from Martha Beck!

Anger always says "That's not fair." It points at injustice.

Anger appears when something you need is missing from your life or something you can't tolerate is present. So ask yourself, What do I need that I'm not getting? or What am I experiencing that feels unbearable?

If you're mad as hell (and not gonna take it anymore), we have good news: That attitude might just take you somewhere extraordinary.

Our psychological distress is composed of at least three elements: the basic pain of feelings that seem overwhelming; the contracting of mind and body to avoid feeling this pain; and the stress of continually having to prop up and defend an identity based on this avoidance and denial. - Toward a Psychology of Awakening, John Welwood
