EVERYTHING has a time and a place!

If an athlete is coming to the clinic right after a sports injury, and things are swollen, bruised and very painful, exercise might be limited.

But this is a great time to use some manual therapy and 'passive' therapy work.

However, if you're days/weeks/months from an injury and your therapist hasn't given you any "homework" in the form of exercise therapy to get you back playing your strongest & best, perhaps it is time to look somewhere else πŸ‘€
