Taught by a Personal Trainer with Pre and Postnatal Fitness designation, the TWP Mamas 2B program is designed to boost your energy while building strength. Whether this is the beginning of your fitness journey or you have years of experience, the Society of Obstetricians and Gynecologists of Canada encourages women with uncomplicated pregnancies in any trimester to participate in an exercise routine. As a mother of five, Dawn regularly confronts the crazy reality of trying to juggle health and fitness with the demands of home and family. Knowing the struggle and pitfalls faced by any busy mom has inspired her to help others find their personal balance and live a healthy, happy life. Dawn is excited to have completed her Pre and Postpartum Fitness Specialist certification and focus on empowering women to stay active while pregnant.
