Conquer The Unhealthy You: End of an Era
Yes, you read that right. It has come time for me to announce that I will be shutting my CTUY doors as of this Spring 2023.
I launched my first 12-Week Program in March of 2011! This was all it took for my business to snowball into a creative nutrition & fitness monster! The snowball rolled consistently for 12 years until Fall of 2022 and this New Year 2023; the roll has slowed and it is time for me to embark on a new adventure, step out of the box, and help others in a different way.
Wherever our paths crossed, I want to thank you - thank you to everyone who supported me, referred my services to family and friends, and to everyone who cheered me on as much I tried to do that for you! I have always believed that if there is not a rewarding feeling in what I do in life, then I am not in the right place. I have reaped so much reward from every appointment, meeting each of you for the first time, all of your results, the laughs we always have, the tears (and yes there have been tears!), your trust in me as a listener and a confidant, your captive listening and learning, your positivity always, but most of all the friendships I have made along the way. My life is rich because of those of you who I have had the privilege of helping over the years. You have given me energy, excitement, fulfillment and pride. You made me adapt, create, and pivot like I never knew I was capable of until you needed me to change the course of CTUY. I have done things with my business I never knew I would dive into, promote, create and be so successful with.
Thank you for believing in me, my knowledge, my programs; for trusting who I am and what I knew to be true in you. You took a chance on me when I would tell you "you're going to do great!" Thank you to so many of you who have supported me constantly over the years! You are my friends and I am going to miss most, the chats we always have. You invested in CTUY but I was equally invested in you. I will miss so this so much!!!! But the time has come.
I know the next question will be "what is next for Patty?" lol My next steps will be starting my own house keeping business! Pristine Clean House Keeping :) As I get organized to start this spring with my new journey, please feel free to reach out if you might be interested in some meticulous clean up by yours truly!
