Lately I’ve been noticing how easy it is to slip back into autopilot.
The holidays pause.
Then the calendar flips.
And suddenly it’s back to moving, doing, keeping up... often before the body has fully caught up.
Coming back to yourself doesn’t have to be a big reset.
Sometimes it’s just a moment of noticing.
A breath.
A soft check-in with how you’re actually holding things.
If this week has felt full, consuming, or a little fast, consider this a gentle reminder to slow down, even briefly, and reconnect with yourself.
