WAY-Wellness Access for Youth

The Leeds Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit is pleased to share that an on demand, service delivery model has been launched to provide one-on-one sexual health support to students and youth. This on demand service will allow students/youth of Leeds, Grenville and Lanark the ability to confidentially access the services they need.

Simply scan this QR code and fill out the online form and a sexual health nurse will respond within 2 business days.

This form can also be completed by a staff person on behalf of the student/young person (with their consent).

A WAY navigator will be at the House of Lazarus community Hub every Tuesday morning to help youth and parents find the services they need and get connected.

WAY can help you access mental health and addictions support, housing, food, employment, and so much more.
