Sam is excited to offer 6 free weekly sessions (spots limited) to clients who are looking for burnout support.

Symptoms of burnout, perfectionism, and anxiety can be approached through evidence-based treatments (CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and boundaries work), and will allow you the space to identify patterns and integrate important strategies for use moving forward.

Effective treatment focuses on reducing stress and self-criticism, changing negative thought patterns, and rest & recovery from chronic exhaustion ♥️

These initial 6 sessions are offered at no charge in an effort to reduce financial barriers to mental health care. Follow up supportive resources (including ongoing therapy session options) will be provided throughout.

We often picture being “regulated” as walking around in a state of pure calm. But the reality is, we will always have emotions, we are human ♥️

Being regulated (or moving toward becoming more regulated) is an act of pausing long enough to choose your response instead of defaulting to an instant reaction.

It’s staying present with yourself while something hard is happening. We can learn tools to move in this direction; it begins with noticing your default reactions and being curious and compassionate with yourself.
