Your relationship with YOU is the longest one you will ever have.
How do you want that to shape your daily life? Your motivation? Your external relationships?
Maybe turning inward already feels like home; the cozy, inviting space where you are met with compassion and appreciation.
Or, maybe turning toward your self leaves you feeling unworthy or not quite enough.
Therapy can help us explore our core beliefs, those thought patterns that can feel mean and difficult to shift and change. By exploring these parts of ourselves, we can begin to identify the “home” that we want to offer ourselves; including self compassion and care even if it doesn’t feel like it comes naturally just yet.
