Every year for my birthday, I choose a cause to support. I’m ahead of schedule this year!

After my time volunteering at Kindred Farm Rescue who supported youth at risk, I learned about child trafficking happening in our very own capital city.
The fact that this happens so close to home is terrifying and I wanted to help.

I teamed up with Fox & Fern Farm to create these beautiful bars in support of Victim Services Leeds & Grenville.

These bars represent getting free from abuse or trauma and moving towards support and empowerment.

Each bar is $20.00 with 75% of the proceeds going towards Victim Services.

I am starting Semi-Private classes for Kettlebell.

If you wonder what is Kettlebell ?
It is a cast-iron cannonball with handle on top comes in various weights.

And if you are going to say its for SWINGS …..
No it’s not, it can increase your mobility and endurance.

During this series of classes (kettlebell level1).
I am going to show you how to handle Kettlebell,
and how to use it for a full body-workout,from squat to press to pull and even in your hip-hinges, along with how to use it as a part of your daily mobility routines.

Tuesdays 7:30pm-8-30pm
