This will be a 7 week (1 Chakra a week), self paced in depth look at how trauma and toxicity can impact this energy system ans our lives.

Each week will provide discovery of each Chakra, Reflective Exercises and Interactive Exercises.

An although this is done online, and self Paced, you are never alone in this program. I'm always right here ready to listen and answer any questions.
