Bending Spoons yesterday was a SUCCESS! 🥄✨

What an afternoon of laughter, curiosity, amazement… and yes, many bent spoons.

Thank you to everyone who came with open minds and playful energy.

Watching the room go from “I’m not sure I can do this…” to “WAIT… DID THAT JUST HAPPEN?!” was pure magic.

At this rate, we may need to warn the Kemptville and surrounding area about a potential spoon shortage. 😉

These beautiful blooms are ranunculus — known for their delicate, layered petals that look almost like small peonies. They’re soft, joyful, and absolutely stunning in person.

We’re so thrilled to be once again sharing more of their local goodness with you — fresh, beautiful, and grown with care right here in our community.

Feeling very grateful after last night’s full Sound Journey at Saltastic Salt Rooms & Wellness Spa ✨

It was such a beautiful evening of sound, stillness, and connection.

There’s always something special about watching people arrive carrying the weight of busy everyday life, and then gradually seeing the room shift as everyone settles into the experience.

After the kind of week I’ve personally had, this session felt especially meaningful to me, and I’m deeply appreciative of everyone who continues to support my work, attend sessions, and trust me to hold these spaces.

Thank you for another wonderful evening!💜
