Our hearts are with a local family whose world was turned upside down after their son was involved in a tragic ski accident. ❤️
To help support them through this unimaginable time, I'll be hosting a Fundraiser Workout Class, with 100% of proceeds going directly to the family to help cover medical, travel, and daily living expenses.
This class is about more than fitness — it’s about community, compassion, and showing up when it matters most.

✨As 2025 closes out to give way for 2026, there is a vibration in the air that holds tremendous hope, resolve and resilience.
✨As you all know, I am heading into my second semester of a 2-year Master's in Psychotherapy, Counselling and Spirituality at Saint Paul University. While I'm developing my counselling skills, I've become aware of how they're informing my somatic and resilience teachings.
✨Because we are not just thinking beings but sentient beings that feel emotionally, physiologically, and physically, the stress and anxiety of our lives, the blend of somatics, breathwork, meditation, mindfulness and psychology holds a profoundly layered form of intervention that deeply supports our emotional and mental health.
✨This inspires me to continue to teach yoga and somatic resilience classes.

Here are the classes for WINTER 2026 at Douvris Martial Arts in Kemptville:
Beginning January 8th
Thursdays - YIN/YANG BLEND @ 7pm (For end-of-day decompression and prep for nighttime rest)
Beginning January 14
Wednesdays - GENTLE YOGA @ 1pm (For a comfortable midday gentle stretch, strengthen and meditation)
