We have a new group on offer:

An all new book club for children 5-8 years who are struggling with anxiety, hosted by Marissa Burliuk, MSW, RSW!

The first one will take place on August 16 from 9:00am to 11:00am and will be centered on reading and learning from picture books on how to cope with anxiety.

We are The Lighthouse – Le Phare Counselling and Psychotherapy: a team of Registered Psychotherapists and Master’s level counselling interns.

We can help you and your family on your journey to better mental health.

We are currently accepting new individuals, couples, and family clients for in-person appointments in Kemptville, and online video therapy across all of Ontario. We have flexible appointment times with evening and weekend options.

The Art Inside Me, an eight-week art therapy group facilitated by one of our amazing team members, Melanie Herweyer!

This group has many benefits to offer at a reduced rate from 1-on-1 therapy. Get to know new parts of your Self, support your personal growth, and connect with other women.

The Art Inside Me will include visual arts interventions along with opportunities for written reflection and sharing within the group.

Our colleagues are offering a free grief support group for local youth. ❤️

In light of recent tragic losses within our community, we want to offer a space of support. This Teen Grief Drop-In is run by professional psychotherapists and aims to provide a safe space for processing, connection, or necessary silence.

Our team will continue to assess the interest and need for these drop-ins and plan ongoing sessions accordingly.
