Taniaβs goal is to help your find your βBlissβ within your yoga practice. Wither itβs to regain or maintain your overall health. Tania offers a variety of therapeutic styles of Hatha Yoga. Some of the styles that Tania teaches are Gentle, Restorative and Hot Stone Restorative, Pre and Post Natal Yoga. You can join Tania for one of her classes at South Mountain Resource Room, located in South Mountain. Tania also provides a more personal touch. One on One Yoga sessions are also available in the calm sanctuary of her home Yoga studio, and other locations.
