I am still looking to run some yoga classes, even if online. I cannot run classes at my home unless I switch to a commercial home insurance policy, which I won’t do at this time. I’ll keep looking for a location and time(s) for us. In the meantime, let’s all do some sun salutations on our own every day!

There is a heavy smell and presence of smoke in the area this morning. We are praying for all the residents and the wildlife in the vacinity of the fires.

This orchid has been in bloom since Christmas Eve 2024 and was repotted today. Hope it continues to thrive on Hour Road.
