Long weekend is here! Try to get your yoga in! Two classes to check out…Strong Flow Saturday at 10am (we wrapped up our Redden’s yoga last week so back at the studio) and Sunday at 7 pm for Yin Yoga with Nicole!

Along with our Myofascial Release Workshops (3 spots for full package left btw), we have some great pop ups to look forward to!
We listened to your comments and requests! Opportunity to try a Somatic Strength in the evening, 2 options to try a beginner class to help you feel comfortable jumping into a regular class, a couple Sunday morning options with some Mindful movement and a noon option to try a Hatha Flow class!
Full schedule will come out this week!!
