Reset is all I keep hearing.
We are going through another cleansing process, a review of your accomplishments, things you are still working on and a need to clear out the old stagnant energy which is causing negativity.
Where are you holding the pain in your body ?
How much sleep are you getting? When was the last time you really let loose and laughed? Felt the fun and adventure.
Amethyst is standing out to me for pain relief and overall good mental health.
Peridot is another stone that is good for body aches and pains and relieving some heart heavy trauma.
I will have to make some time soon to do some fall card readings, giving some insights.

I took about trip into Celtic Mist, both locations on Saturday, got my cards read and picked up some new crystals and of course a new deck. This Morganite was beautiful just bringing in angel energy and filling me full of warm healing light.
I am adding some distance reiki into this image so I hope you are filled with angel light today 🥰
