Where - In person at 366 Main St. Kentville or virtually across NS
Who - Ages 16 and up

Construction on the sidewalk of Main Street (in front of the office) is set to start soon. Please give yourself a few extra minutes to navigate traffic and arrive at your appointment on time.

Rebecca is on leave until August 4, 2025. If you would like to be in touch with her, please send her an email rebecca@adaptivemindset.ca, as she will be sporadically checking her emails during her leave. She will not be taking on any new clients or booking appointments until she is back in office.

This is Teddy, the office pup! This handsome boy will occasionally visit the office to say hi to Rebecca. Teddy is extremely friendly and so much so he will leave with anyone who gives him cuddles, treats, and love. If you see him at the office and want to pet him, let us know. He is eager to to say hi to people. We welcome Teddy as the newest Adaptive Mindset family!
