As my dear friend passes from this world i am reminded that we do not die . our energy simply releases its self from our physical form. And becomes renewed and recharged with new life so that our energy will get another chance to live and learn and fulfill a new purpose. Bless you my friend may we meet again .

Patchouli , ceaderwood, lavender , frankincense, ans ylang ylang are all very good for meditation and grounding among other things . use a combination of these oils to maintain your focus and keep a calm mind . it is recomended that you start your insence or oils a few mins b4 you start your meditation session . This insures a good saturation of aroma right away . i also always start any music or background sounds about 10 mins before begining . i breath in my sents and listen to my music while i prepare my sacred place . by the time my prep is complete ive already began the process of calming my energy . If anyone has meditation tips they would like to share or discuss feel free to drop your comments below . blessed day friends
