As most of you already know, the provincial government has given us the go ahead to re-open (while adhering to new social distancing guidelines). Several practitioners are now back to work here at Unwind!
Unfortunately, this doesn't mean the virus or risk is gone. As the province opens up and high contact businesses resume, some of us are at greater risk than others. So as much as it pains me to do so, I (Kristian Kerekes) will be waiting to return to practicing massage for the time being. I hope to return to work soon and will let my clients know asap!
I know many of you are anticipating your massage treatments and I will not fault you for contacting another therapist or clinic for your needs if we cannot fulfill them. Tammy will gladly help you out provided she has the time available. We just ask that you please give her a few weeks to sort out her current clients scheduling before contacting her.
Here are some more important changes:
Before your appointment you will be asked if you have any symptoms of Covid-19, have travelled out of province in the last 14 days, or have come into contact with a positive case.
You must arrive for your appointment no earlier than five minutes before your appointment. Please bring as little with you as possible and wear a mask! You will be asked to sanitize your hands once you enter the office space.
Please, no visitors. You may book online or by contacting a therapist directly. You must come to your appointment alone. If you need someone present with you, please speak to your therapist about this before your appointment.
