🍂 Fall Favorite Alert! 🍂
These Carrot Cake Energy Bites are here to satisfy! Packed with nutrients and fall flavors, they’re the perfect treat.
Ingredients:
1 Cup — Rolled oats
3/4 Cup — Carrots, finely shredded
1/2 Cup — Dried mulberries
7 — Medjool dates
1/4 Cup — Water
1 Tsp — Pure vanilla extract
1 Tsp — Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp — Ground nutmeg
1/4 Tsp — Ground cloves
Shredded coconut
Directions:
1) Blend oats in a food processor until you get a fine consistency like flour. ,
2) Add in dried mulberries, pulse a few times to break them up.
3) Add carrots, vanilla and spices.
4) Slowly add dates and water.
5) Roll dough into balls and roll in shredded coconut.
Freeze for 2 hours and Enjoy!
