🍂 Fall Favorite Alert! 🍂

These Carrot Cake Energy Bites are here to satisfy! Packed with nutrients and fall flavors, they’re the perfect treat.

Ingredients:
1 Cup — Rolled oats
3/4 Cup — Carrots, finely shredded
1/2 Cup — Dried mulberries
7 — Medjool dates
1/4 Cup — Water
1 Tsp — Pure vanilla extract
1 Tsp — Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp — Ground nutmeg
1/4 Tsp — Ground cloves
Shredded coconut

Directions:
1) Blend oats in a food processor until you get a fine consistency like flour. ,
2) Add in dried mulberries, pulse a few times to break them up.
3) Add carrots, vanilla and spices.
4) Slowly add dates and water.
5) Roll dough into balls and roll in shredded coconut.

Freeze for 2 hours and Enjoy!
*Makes 16-20 cake bites*

Did you know that sweet potatoes aren't even related to potatoes, but a member of an entirely different family?!🤯

Sweet potatoes are rich in vitamin A, crucial for thyroid hormone production and overall hormonal balance.

👉Pro Tip: The Darker the flesh of a sweet potato, the more beta carotene in it, which is a precursor to the antioxidant Vitamin A!

Here is one of our favorite sweet potato recipes:

Sweet Potato Chips!😋

INGREDIENTS:
3 Cup — Sweet potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
2 Tbsp — Extra Virgin Oil
1/2 Tsp — Garlic powder
1/4 Tsp — Dried thyme, crushed
1/4 Tsp — Dried oregano, crushed
1/4 Tsp — Cayenne pepper
Pepper

DIRECTIONS:
1) Preheat oven to 350F degrees

2) In a large bowl, stir together the oil, garlic powder, thyme, oregano, cayenne pepper and pepper

3) Add the sweet potatoes and toss gently until well-coated

4) Arrange in a single layer on lightly greased baking sheets. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until crisp and light golden brown

Craving something sweet and healthy?😋

These Apple Cinnamon Muffins hit the spot—warm, cozy, and packed with simple, wholesome ingredients. Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or tossing in the freezer for later.

🍎 Apple Cinnamon Muffins 🍎

Ingredients:
• 2 cups rolled oats
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 cup milk
• 1 egg
• ½ cup mashed banana
• 1 large apple (peeled, cored & diced)

Directions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F.
2️⃣ In a large bowl, mix oats, baking powder, salt & cinnamon. Stir in milk, egg & mashed banana. Fold in apples.
3️⃣ Grease muffin tin, fill cups almost to the top, and bake 20–25 mins until set.

Store in the fridge or freezer for quick grab-and-go goodness!
