Sometimes we look upon the oddities of the place, the things ‘that don’t belong’ sorta scenario….
~
But then the realization hits, that it ALL belongs!!! Just as we all belong, here, to this space!!!
~
If it’s a place of peace and tranquility you are looking for, with the real authentic yoga vibe, but from a bunch of mis-fits; then we are the place for you!!!!
~
Where everyone is part of the community; as odd as our appearance, our approach, our authenticity; what ever our oddities may be, we meet in a like minded way!!! How can one be so called normal in a world of oddities?!?!

To become a tree, it must accept its roots, no matter how tangled or amiss they may be.
~
To continue to grow, one must accept the light and the dark; the sun and the moon.
~
Forever gravitating to the skies above; forever reaching deeper into the earth below.
~
Life is like this tree, we are the tree, the Tree of Life.
~
With branches broken and scarred, from where choices may have led us astray.
~
But with every broken branch, with every scar within the mind, the body, the soul; we continue to learn, to grow, to be nurtured by both light and dark.
~
To blossom into magnificence. To become one of a kind, for no two trees are alike in every way.
~
We bend, we shift, we learn, we accept, we become closer to the stars with an inner strength that cannot be compared to the next, but as one.
~
Acknowledgment of our broken branches, but oh so very aware of the leaves that whisper in the breeze, the ones that reach so very high above.
~
To all you ‘Trees’ we acknowledge you, we accept you.
~
Come grow with us.
~

✨Soooo, to be quite honest with y’all, at this stage in my life, this was the EarthStrong Day that i expected the plans were to be sitting in Nepal, either preparing for, or have already ascended to Everest Base Camp….yes, this has been my dream for the last decade!!! Atleast!!!! lol!!!✨
~
Well, this one didn’t come true; not as of yet anyways!
~
Now, I know this is gonna happen, somehow someway…but I guess what I’m trying to say, is at this ripe fine wine kinda age, I simply know I need to believe. The opposite of this reaction is more on the negative side….balance is light and dark, right?!? Right and wrong…sun and moon?!? Yes and no?!?? F’ing Zig and Zag!! lol!! North and south, east and west….i could go on and on (those who know me know I speak the truth with that…lol)
~
I’m proud!!! I’m an f’in PROUD 50 year old M***a F**kin’ mama!!!! For where I’m at is simply a number….that number can’t f**k with my vibe….that’s what matters!! lol!!!
~
Folks, all of the nitro induced goodness, all of the light!!! Light in the ways of sun and fire!!! Moon and reflection!!! All that I feel right now, I put forward to all of you!!! Faaaack, let this be Earth Strong Day to us all!!!!! 😂🇯🇲

So yaaaaah,
I’m still around….lol…maybe a lil’rough around the edges, but then she’s never been smooth.
~
Have I been hiding as of late; oh yes….
~
Am I trying to find my way back; hell yah
~
I’ve been keeping myself busy, whilst finding my way back to ‘the comeback’
~
It’s been a journey indeed, but one I can now sit back and appreciate; even simply for what it was…
~
I miss you all, I look forward to reconnecting, not only can I do this, but WE can do this!!!!
~
