Born into a family of psychics, I am a 4th generation Medium, by way of Govan, Glasgow in Scotland. I grew up in a world of Spirit, but turned my back on it to follow a career in Corporate. After my marriage, kids and years of making my career my priority, I experienced a nervous breakdown and had to leave all I knew behind. I had to rebuild from scratch and Spirit was there at each step. Now years later, I am a strong advocate of Mental Health and believe fiercely that understanding Energy & Spirit helped me to OWN MY ENERGY and OWN MY WORLD with confidence, awareness and now able to lead with love as opposed to resentment. I understand anger. I've lived the rage and deep, deep sadness. Spirit was my way out. Through Spirit I was shown my future, my past was clarified and my main guide Peter now sticks to me like glue, helping me navigate life as a regular human.
