Working with the body’s innate ability to heal, I aim to bring balance back to your life, and help you feel better in your body. I welcome all ages and treat diverse conditions using a variety of massage and osteopathic techniques–including deep tissue, craniosacral therapy, mobilizations, myofascial release, and relaxation techniques–all aimed at improving mobility and circulation while decreasin

g pain and discomfort. Outside of the clinic you can find me exploring the mountains with my family and friends: on foot, two wheels, skinny skis, and canoe. I have been practicing as a BC Registered Massage Therapist since 2007.

Almost time to say goodbye!

As many of you already know, my family and I are about to embark on a new adventure, and I will no longer be providing massage therapy in Kimberley/Cranbrook. We will be moving to France next month, indefinitely!

I wanted to take the opportunity to thank each of you for giving me the privilege to have you on my table. It has been a real pleasure to be a part of your journey into health, and I will miss you all terribly.
