This Sunday 7-8:30 PM we have a special co-created offering to celebrate Fall Equinox, JOIN US!

On the cusp of seasonal balance, we’re excited to host a collaborative Autumn Equinox gathering — a ritual of reflection and renewal as day and night meet in perfect symmetry. Let it be a threshold: from the outward energy of summer to the inward wisdom of fall.

This is one epic co-creation of 3 unique offerings braided into one incredible evening. Join Sasha Bahador, Sharon Coombs & Nathan Taron as they take you on an inspiring journey of movement, touch, and sound. Sasha will guide you through a restorative practice, while Sharon offers massage & healing touch, all the while Nathan will nourish you in an immersive sound bath.
