We’re proud to share that Misha Marechal has officially earned her Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) designation (November 2025)!
Misha holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. With experience across acute care and community settings, she has a strong clinical foundation and a passion for hand therapy and concussion management. Through dedicated mentorship with Kari Loftsgard at Creekside Physiotherapy, Misha has advanced her expertise in upper-extremity rehabilitation, which is now the focus of her practice.

Known for her empathetic, goal-driven approach, Misha creates a supportive rehab environment that helps clients confidently return to what they love — whether that’s work, sport, or daily life. An avid mountain biker, skier, and hiker, she understands the importance of hands that work well for an active lifestyle.

🍪🏠 Gingerbread Contest with a Twist! 🏠🍪
This year, we wanted a little friendly competition without a big project—
Teams partnered up, but there was a catch 👀: one teammate was blindfolded, while the other had to choose the colors and guide their partner’s hands. No peeking allowed!
They had just 6 minutes, lots of laughs, and zero expectations… and THESE were the masterpieces that came out of it 😂👏

With a Doctor of Science in Physical Therapy and advanced training in sports and orthopaedic care, women’s health, acupuncture, and menopause coaching, Heather brings world-class expertise with a practical, motivating approach. She has even supported athletes on the global stage as part of the Vancouver 2010 and London 2012 Olympic medical teams.

Jesse and Caitlin from Creekside and KTC had a great time over the last few weeks joining the mountain ops, ski patrol and food and beverage teams at for some injury prevention and safety training. Thank you to the ski hill for inviting us up and being great hosts! Now let’s just pray for snow! ❄️💃

Colin is back!
After spending the summer (or southern-hemisphere winter!) coaching the NSW/ACT state cross-country ski team out of Perisher Valley in Australia’s Snowy Mountains, he’s officially returned to Creekside!
We’re excited to have him back in his role as a kinesiologist and as the head coach of the Junior Development Program at the Kimberley Nordic Club.

Skylar holds a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from UBC Okanagan and a Master of Occupational Therapy from the University of British Columbia. We’re thrilled to have her skills, compassion, and hometown heart back at Creekside!

With nearly two decades of clinical experience, Adam is known for going above and beyond to help his clients get back to living life to the fullest, Three E’s set Adam apart in his practice — Education, Experience, and Expertise. Bringing a contagious energy and deep commitment to helping people move better, feel better, and live better.
Having spent plenty of time on the physio table himself through years of sports, Adam understands what it takes to recover, rebuild, and return to activity quickly and safely. His approach blends education, exercise, and hands-on treatment — from manual therapy and Active Release Techniques to IMS and acupuncture and Graston — all tailored to meet his clients’ unique needs.
