Hello Friends!

It’s been a while since I last posted here! 😉 I hope this message finds you well.

I have some exciting news to share: I’ve been accepted into a 3-month yoga and meditation teacher training program at Hridaya Yoga Center in Mazunte, Mexico! I’ll be away from September 21 until the end of January. I’m eager to dive into this transformative experience and look forward to integrating the teachings into my practice upon my return.

And here’s more good news! I’ve arranged coverage with two wonderful network doctors who will be available on Friday afternoons and one Saturday each month. I’m incredibly grateful for their support and am thrilled for you to meet them if you haven't already!

I’ll still be around for the next 3 and a half weeks, so if you’ve been thinking about booking an appointment, now’s the perfect time!

Hello friends!

If you haven't been in to NC lately, you may have missed the notice!

As many of you know, last year I spent the majority of my travels at a yoga and meditation center in Mexico. Cultivating a meditative state and going deeper into yoga was and still is truly life changing.
I'm grateful that I have the opportunity to go back and continue the teachings this winter.

I'll be immersed once again between Jan 13th and Feb 23.

There's time and space available for the first 2 weeks in January.

AND!!! I'm grateful to have coverage of the practice for the following dates:

Friday Jan 19th and 20th and
Friday Feb 16th and 17th.

Book with me in advance or call to make an appointment as I will have messages retrieved and responded to.

Thank you so much for all the support you've given me over the years and trusting me with your spinal health care. I am in deep appreciation of each and every one of you who I've had the honor of working with. May this new year bring more love, health and abundant blessings in all forms to you and yours.
