While playing the crystal bowls in my Solstice class, a memory from childhood drifted back to me.

I was at my grandparents dinner table, completely entranced by the symphonies my cutlery created against their crystal glasses, much to my grandfathers dismay.

Little did he know this playful curiosity was preparing me for the future, when years later people would gather & listen as I play the crystal bowls.

Life has a beautiful way of weaving things together. ✨🔮

Yoga with Weights is back next Friday!!

This is a yang yin style practice. Each class begins with a gentle warm up before moving into a strengthening flow with weights, & mellowing down with some deep yin stretches. Suitable for all levels, with many modifications provided.

Bring weights if you have them, or 2 & 3lb dumbells are available to borrow as well.

Fridays, 9.30-10.45am at Kimberley Shared Ministry

Starting next Wednesday, 6pm at the Wasa Community Hall.

This class is a slow paced blend of Gentle & Restorative yoga, perfect for beginners, those who believe they 'can't do yoga', or those just wanting a good stretch. Your body will thank you!

Bring your own mat if you have one - I have a few extras to lend out as well!

SEPTEMBER ☀️🏔🍂

As I soak up the last of the summer sun, complete our garden harvest & hopefully cross Teepee Mountain off my bucket list, I’ll be ramping up my Fall Schedule a couple of weeks later this year, starting mid September.

Of course Monday morning classes are ongoing and we’ll be heading back to Centre 64 tomorrow for a long weekend Gentle practice at 9.30am.

Starting September 15th my FALL SCHEDULE will officially begin:

My summer schedule is officially here and I'll be taking a little more time on the farm & with family this summer, offering just Monday morning Gentle Classes June - September, with the exception of one more Yoga with Weights class this Friday June 6th, 9.30am at the Kimberley Shared Ministry!

Monday mornings will be at Centre 64, 9.30-10.45am for the month of June and the Kimberley Shared Ministry in July & August. There will be no class on July 28th as I make a quick dash across the country to hand in some important paperwork ✈️ 🇪🇸

Stay tuned for pop up outdoor classes through the summer months! ☀️

All good things must come to an end...

As of June I have decided to discontinue my weekly Wednesday evening Restorative yoga classes.

If you have punches you are hoping to use for restorative yoga there are 8 classes left to attend. You are welcome to use any leftover punches for my other weekly classes from June onwards.

If you don't have a punchcard and would like to soak up the last of these restorative sessions, I am currently running a sale - 5 punches for $60+gst. ✨
Drop ins of course are always welcome.

And for those of you who love restorative yoga, you will still see me offering restorative events in the community and potentially a few series, but no regular weekly evening classes.

Restorative classes are currently running on Wednesdays 7-8.15pm at the Kimberley Shared Ministry. The last class will be on May 28th.
