Looking for the perfect balance between movement and stillness?

Yang/Yin is designed to help you restore and maintain balance, both physically and mentally. The class begins with the Yang portion: an active flow focused on building strength, mobility, and breath-connected movement to calm the mind and energize the body.

Then we transition into the Yin portion, where gentle postures are held for longer periods to release tension, slow down, and prepare the body for a deeply relaxing savasana.

A beautiful way to reset your body and mind and start off your Tuesday💙
